On Arrival Form (On arrival at Vietnam airport) To speed up the processing time at Vietnam airport, you can download and fill in this form in advance. Photos and signatures are required.
Completing the forms
• All information must match your passport details.
• The forms must be completed in English.
• You will need to fill in only one application form, according to the type of application you will make.
• "On arrival form" is is required form at Vietnam airport only, please do not send it to the embassy or consulate.
