3 Steps to Apply

Please read the instructions for visa-on-arrival below carefully before submitting your application:

Step1: Get started by using secure online form which allows you to submit your application and pay for the service fee using your credit/debit cards. You also choose the offline option by downloading and filling out the application form, then email to us at: info@vietnamvisa.com

Step 2: Upon receipt of your application and payment, we will start processing your visa approval letter* and send it to you by email in PDF format within 2 working days. You then will need to print the file (color print preferred, but not required), prepare at least 2 photos of passport size (4 cm x 6 cm). 25 USD (single entry) or 50 USD (multiple entries) for stamp fees per person.

Step 3: Upon arrival at Vietnam airport, expect a simple form to fill in, present the approval letter, passport, photos, and pay for the stamping fee to get your visa done. The actual process takes around 15 minutes.

Notes: Waiting time airport may vary but does not exceed 25 minutes (based on our 11 year statistics reported by staff at airport)

* Visa approval letter is an official visa document issued by the Immigration Department of Vietnam.
