e-Visa Inquiry

Hi I'm looking at getting the multiple entry visa, but have a few questions. I will be flying into HCMC airport in November, with the multiple entry visa can I leave Vietnam, then enter Cambodia through a  land border?  Also when re-entering Vietnam do I still need to fly into one of the 3 airports?
