Hello, I have used your service before, and of course it is always excellent. However, I have recently married a Vietnamese citizen, and would like to know the best way to get a VISA exemption. Previously, I have used your VISA on Arrival service many times. I have a copy of our marriage certificate, my passport of course, and can get photos easily enough. But is there anything special that I need to do to get the exemption form, and can I get the form using your service? I will be coming back to Vietnam on Feb 8 and would like to have everything done before then, but I amy not have access to Vietnamese consulate. Return Visa to Vietnam Via Cambodia (by Bus)

My sister and I would like to thank you and your staff at VietnamVisa.com for your excellent service. Your assistance in applying for our Visa has lifted a weight off of our shoulders during this stressful time. Thanks to your help we can now travel to Vietnam and later Cambodia where we will be helping World Youth International in a village outside of Siem Reap.

While we have already made arrangements for our Visa while in Vietnam we are concerned about how we will arrange for a Visa to return to Vietnam from Cambodia for our return flight in 6 weeks time.

We only ask because while completing the multi-visa we noticed that the visa was only valid for air travel and not land travel.

You and your staff have already been of great assistance and we understand if you cannot assist us further. However if you could offer any advice on how to arrange for a return visa for our bus trip between Siam Reap and Ho Chi Minh City we would be very grateful.

ps : I just need some advice here, which one is better Ruby 2 hotel or Hoang Hai Long 2 ? they look similar but different price.

I am emailing you to thank you for the excellent service you have provided recently. I am travelling in south east asia, currently Thailand and am moving into Vietnam on the 13/09/2010. This is the first time I have had to apply for a visa myself and you have made it a very simple procedure. Q - If I am married to a Vietnamese and want to live permanently in Vietnam, can I obtain a Vietnamese passport or do I have to continue renewing my visa. I am an Australian citizen. Also what is the maximum time I can get on a visa.

Thank you for your excellent service.  My documentation has arrived, but I have a small query.  On the bottom of the application form I am advised to fill in two  forms,  each with a photo of the applicant, then submit one to the Vietnam visa issuing office or consulate , and the other to frontier police post upon arrival.  Do we submit the first form  (the viet  nam visa issuing office or consulate one ) at the airport or do we have to send it to the Vietnam Consulate in Australia?

Yes this is my first day back. The trip was excellent and your people did an excellent job. I will highly recommend your company to others. I would like to make one comment that there was a lot of focus on damage caused to the Citadel and other religious monuments by the Americans. The Americans I have talked to also say this as it was war and when there is enemy hiding in these places during the war there was no choice. Other than this your people was very dependable and professional and my next trip will certainly use your company.
