The status is "approved", however, I have not received e-visa by email yet, what can I do?
When the status is changed to "approved", it means the e-visa was sent to your email address. Please double check if you provided us with a correct email or also check your spam box. If you still do not find the e-visa in your email, please email us at email@example.com so we can resend the document.
I receive the e-visa, can I show it on my mobile phone?
In emergency cases, showing the e-visa on the phone may be accepted by the airline and the Immigration counter at Vietnam airport. However, if possible, we strongly advise that you print the visa before you go.
