Form question
Hey there,
I printed off the form professionally in color and everything, doesn't seem to be the best quality. Does this matter?
Also, can I fold it up and keep it in my folder or are we not supposed to fold it up?
When filling out the on arrival form, do I have to include family members even if they are not traveling to Vietnam?
Thanks,
Travis Neumann

Dear Travis Neumann,
Thank you for your email.
It is not required the best quality of the approval letter and the on arrival form when you print it off. You can fold it up, however, please make sure it will not cause any damage to the form.
Regarding question 11 on the form, please fill in details of your family members even they do not travel with you. It is for Immigration Department's reference in emergency cases.
