Hello, some questions

Hi I am Joshua. 

I would like to ask some questions.

1. Upon arrival at the Ho Chi Mihn airport, How many entry and exit forms do I need to fill in? One or two?

2. I have several friends to go together. They have  Korea passport. Do they have to bring photo for entry and exit form?  then how many photos?
