Will the online process be ok if arriving as tourist for a Day visit  from cruise ship? Online application for visa wants an arrival airport  and I will be at a port... can you advise me what the proper process is? Thank you

We are afraid that the visa on arrival works for air travel only. In case you arrive in Vietnam by sea, you will need to contact an embassy of  Vietnam to obtain a full visa before you travel.
