Query about Vietnam visa exemption

Dear sirs,

 I have a question, if I have just left Vietnam after an exemption period, 15 days for the UK, do I have to wait 30 days till I can enter  Vietnam using a Visa on Arrival? Or does that only apply to another exemption period?
