Question about VOA

Hello, 

My name is Mary and I am an American planning to visit Vietnam in March. I currently live in Saudi Arabia. My mother  will be assisting me in covering the visa via her credit card.

I am wondering if there will be any issue, with my receiving the letter  (if the application is accepted) because the card and card holder are  different than the traveler. Does that make sense? 

Please advise.
