About: Visa Exemption
My husband and I are planning to travel to Vietnam from China overland. We are from UK. We are staying in Vietnam for 7 days so I want to know if we need a visa? I think we would be exempt if we are coming by air, but I want to know the situation if we come by train.
Regards
Joanne

Dear Joanne,
Thank you for contacting us.
The visa exemption for UK passport holders applies for all borders (by land, by air or by sea). As long as you stay in Vietnam for less than 15 days, the visa is not required.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
