question about visa to Vietnam

I have recently travelled to argentina,  and I see that you are  required yellow fever vaccinations for arrival from argentina to  Vietnam. I have not had the vaccination Even though I will be arriving  from Bangkok, will this affect my entry to Vietnam. Also what is the  quickest time for a visa approval letter ?
