Visa on Arrival or evisa

Hello,

I'm a United States citizen, and was wondering if you all still provide Visa on Arrival letter services, or should I use the  government's evisa site? 

If I provide the  information to you by Wednesday evening, can you process the VOA letter  by Friday evening? (I fly on Saturday to Vietnam).
